Return Policy

By placing an order with Raw Hair Wholesaler, you agree to have read and agreed with our terms, policies, and agreements. All policies may be updated or changed at any time. 

All memberships are non-refundable.

Here at Raw Hair Wholesaler, your satisfaction is our number one priority.  We stand by our standards of quality and take great measures to ensure you are getting a great product every time.

Please be advised that all sales are final. We do not accept opened, used, or altered products to comply with safety and sanitary guidelines.

Order Cancellations

We highly recommend checking your order details before checking out. There can be no order changes to your order after checkout. 

Regarding sending in materials, hair extensions or other important materials to RHW. 

If materials are not delivered in the timeframe allotted your order will be canceled by RHW. 

Branding: 7-14 Business Days

Wig Materials: 7-12 Business Days

Order Changes:

We highly recommend checking your order details before checking out. There can be no order changes to your order after checkout.

Claims & Exchanges:

Once an order is delivered, you may report any damages or errors with your order within 48-72 hours upon receipt of items verified by the carrier. 

Inspection

All documentation (receipts, order information, images, video etc) must be submitted within this timeframe for consideration. Please ensure all photos and videos are clear to avoid denial.   After this timeframe, Raw Hair Wholesaler can no longer be responsible for said items.

Third-Party Forwarding

If you are sending your order to a third party (customer, stylist, wig maker etc), they must inspect the order within 48-72 hours upon receipt of items verified by the carrier. Please forward policies and order details to them for review. After this timeframe, Raw Hair Wholesaler can no longer be responsible for said items.

Applicable Exchanges

Applicable exchanges are only considered on unworn, unaltered hair. Products must have original packaging and can not be manipulated in any way due to our safety and sanitary guidelines.  This includes but not limited to (the running of fingers through hair, altering original pattern, washing, rinsing, etc).

Please understand that we cannot accept claims on altered products. If you are having trouble with your order please contact support before altering the product.

Claim Approvals

If your claim is approved, you must return the product within 3-5 business days. All documentation must be submitted (receipts, return tracking number, etc) within this timeframe for the claim to remain valid.

Please be advised, we cannot credit any shipping cost without the original receipt. Nature of credits (direct payment, store credit, shipping discount etc) will be given at the sole discretion of the company. 

Please allow 5-10 business days for credits to appear. Contact support if you have any issues.

Special Orders: 

All sales are final for special orders.

Wig Orders: 

Please inspect your product within 48 hours of receipt. View claims policy to submit proper claim details within this timeframe. After this timeframe, any changes may incur a maintenance fee.

 

No Fault Returns

In the event, you or your customer has a return issue (at no fault of Raw Hair Wholesaler). You may submit a claim with our support team. Please be advised that we will not accept opened, used, or altered products. A 20% restocking fee shall be applied upon approval.

Memberships:

All memberships are non-refundable. In the event that a payment is not captured for monthly fees. Applicable charges may be reflected in the next bill.
