Please be advised that all sales are final (unless otherwise stated by Raw Hair Wholesaler). We do not accept opened, used, or altered products to comply with safety and sanitary guidelines.

Order Cancellations

ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED 24 HOURS AFTER CHECKOUT. 

 Order Changes:

We highly recommend checking your order details before checking out. There can be no order changes to your order after checkout.

Claims & Exchanges:

Once you receive the hair PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY!  There is a 48-72 hour grace period given after receipt of delivery to inspect package. Please report any damages/defects or errors with your order 48-72 hours upon receipt of items verified by carrier. AFTER THIS TIMEFRAME WITH NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER RAW HAIR WHOLESALER IS NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAID ITEMS. 

Inspection

All documentation (receipts, order information, images, video) must be submitted via email with CLEAR PHOTOS AND OR VIDEOS TO VIEW DISCREPANCIES  and considered for exchange and/or refund. After the above said timeframe (48-72 hours) Raw Hair Wholesaler can no longer be responsible for items in question.

Exchanges and Refunds 

Exchanges and Refunds are only considered on unworn, unaltered hair. Products must have original packaging and can not be manipulated in ANY WAY due to safety and sanitary guidelines.  Manipulations includes but are not limited to (the running of fingers through hair, altering and/or disturbing original pattern, washing, rinsing, brushing, combing, coloring, bleaching, cutting etc).

Please understand that claims are not accepted on altered products.

Claim Approvals and Refunds

If your claim is approved, you must return the product within 3-5 business days. All documentation must be submitted (receipts, return tracking number, etc) within this timeframe for the claim to remain valid.

Please be advised, we cannot credit any shipping cost without the original receipt. Nature of credits (direct payment, store credit, shipping discount etc) will be given at the sole discretion of the company. 

For domestic refunds, it can take anywhere from 3-5 business days or up to 30 days for refund. For international refunds it can take anywhere from 30-60 days for refund. Please contact support immediately if you have any issues.

 No Fault Returns

In the event a refund is approved by no fault of customer refunds can take anywhere from 3-5 business days or up to 30 days. For Exchange requests please be advised 20% restocking fee will be applied upon approval.
