All memberships are non-refundable. No exceptions. Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. No Refunds.

Exchanges

Answer

Exchanges only on unworn hair. Products must have original packaging and can not be manipulated in ANY WAY including but not limited to (the running of fingers through hair altering original pattern and/or adding product of any kind to hair). In addition, exchange for products must be sumbitted within 48-72 hours of recieving. **IMPORTANT: UPON RECEIPT OF ITEMS VERIFIED THROUGH USPS.COM YOU HAVE 48-72 HOURS TO SUBMIT ANY CLAIMS TO US. AFTER TIMEFRAME HAS PASSED RAW HAIR WHOLESALER IS NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAID ITEMS.

Cancellations

Answer

You may cancel, change or refund your order within 24-48 hours of placing the order. If your customer wishes to cancel AFTER the timeframe there will be a 20% restocking fee and shipping and processing fee will also be deducted from order total. Please make all adustments before 24-48 hours of placing an order to avoid penalty.
